Clarksville Police were called to the Shady Grove Apartment complex on June 28th to report of a female walking around the parking lot and looking into people’s cars and walking into apartments if the doors were unlocked.Police arrived and made contact with Alisha Olinger who was identified as the suspect.Jimmy Morrow showed where his padlock on his front door had been cut. Terry Richard Fox, a 42 year old white male with brown hair and blue eyes, 5’8” tall weighing 230lbs.Fox is wanted for a felony bench warrant and questioning on multiple investigations by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. Fox is known to frequent Franklin and Logan Counties.As Deputy Smith walked to the car to make contact with the occupants.The vehicle was occupied by two occupants – Lauren Rathfon, the driver; and Devan Young, the passenger.(7/12/18)Tuesday, the Paris Police Department was informed by a resident and business owner that someone called him pretending to represent the Paris Police Department.The caller ID showed Paris Police Department, along with our phone number (479)963-2600.
Young was arrested and a search was conducted of the vehicle.The vehicle was owned by Richard Bloem and was a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer. The report indicates there was a possible suspect who was already in custody on unrelated charges.(7/1/18)Johnson County Deputy Cody Colt was dispatched to the 6900 block of Highway 164 regarding a breaking or entering. (7/1/18) The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department Criminal Investigation Division is asking for the public’s help in locating a subject.Shortly after that a empty pill bottle was found in the area believed to belong to the man.(7/12/18)On June 25th, Johnson County Deputy Jonia Smith initiated a traffic stop on Highway 64 in Lamar.(7/12/18)On July 4th, Franklin County Deputy Zachary English was dispatched to the 500 block of West Vineyard Road north of Altus for a subject trespassing.Janet Leding said that a male subject came out of the vineyard onto the roadway and stopped her neighbor asking for drugs.She said she believes someone got into her mailbox and went through her mail. (7/12/18)Franklin County Deputy Taylor Molton was dispatched to the 3000 block of North School Street near Charleston for a theft report.Christopher Kengla advised that a Bank of America credit card had been stolen from his wallet that was located in his vehicle. Kengla advised that on July 5th he parked his vehicle on the farm property earlier in the morning, that evening the card owner contacted Mr.She advised that she was checking to see what cars were supposed to be in the parking lot.Olinger was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Detention Center where she was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana in her pocket.
